At Chord Runner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Premium experience. We offer a straightforward refund process.
If you are not satisfied with Chord Runner Premium for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Chord Runner account. Include your request and, optionally, your feedback on how we can improve.
Once your refund is approved and initiated, Stripe will process the transaction. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
When a refund is processed, your account will instantly revert to the standard Demo version. You will not lose your account entirely, but Premium features will become inaccessible.
