1. Accounts & Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid, non-disposable email address. We actively block disposable email domains to maintain a secure environment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

2. Premium Services

Chord Runner offers a Premium version via a one-time purchase or subscription (processed by Stripe). Premium unlocks additional game features, unlimited play sessions, and custom game modes. Premium access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass our security measures, including Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Exploit, reverse-engineer, or maliciously scrape the Chord Runner application or APIs.
• Use automated scripts to generate accounts or submit arbitrary data to our webhook endpoints.

4. Limitation of Liability

Chord Runner is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the game, including data loss or service interruptions.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
