What notes are in the C7 guitar chord?
C dominant 7 has three notes: C, E, G, Bb. On the guitar some of them are doubled on different strings, so all six (or five) strings sound like one chord.
What is the difference between C7 and C on guitar?
C7 adds one note to C: Bb, on top of C E G. From C to C7: 3rd string (G): open → fret 3.
