From Bbm to Bb only one thing changes: 2nd string (B): fret 2 → fret 3.
A short Bbm routine
- Put the shape down slowly and pick each string once to check it rings.
- Take the hand off and put the whole shape back at once, ten times in a row.
- Switch between Bbm and Db for one minute, then try Ebm.

Making Bbm ring
- Buzzing means the finger is too far from the fret: slide it closer.
- If a note is dead, a finger is lying on it. Curve the fingers more.
- Hurts at first? Normal. Five minutes a day toughens the fingertips in a couple of weeks.
