Where C#aug is used
A common move is C# → C#aug → F#: the raised note in C#aug pushes up into F#.
C#aug string by string
| 5th string (A) | fret 4: C# |
|---|---|
| 4th string (D) | fret 3: E# |
| 3rd string (G) | fret 2: G## |
| 2nd string (B) | fret 2: C# |
Slide this shape along the neck: fret 2 = Baug, fret 3 = Caug, fret 5 = Daug, fret 6 = Ebaug.
A short C#aug routine
- Put the shape down slowly and pick each string once to check it rings.
- Lift the hand, then land all fingers together. Repeat ten times.
- Switch between C#aug and C# for one minute, then try F#.

If C#, E#, G## ring together, yes: ChordRunner listens through the microphone and also accepts a USB MIDI keyboard.
Your instrument is the controller.
