The F suspended 2nd chord (Fsus2) uses the piano keys F, G and C: the major triad F with its third A swapped for the 2nd, G. Its sound: open and unsettled, neither major nor minor.

A second name for the same keys
Fsus2 and Csus4 are the same three notes. Stack them from F and you read Fsus2; start from C and the same keys read Csus4. The bass note decides the name.
